Team workshops were
structured to build on the strengths and abilities of each team member, creating an
atmosphere and culture of personal and team responsibility, within a happy working
environment.
Performance Management
Performance development reviews replaced a lengthy appraisal system, reduced completion time of written documentation and introduced a simple review process. This achieved a deeper level of understanding, motivation and commitment, aligning team members to the company's vision, mission and values.
